Fast, reliable notary services—mobile, online, or in-person at your convenience.
At CAC Notary Services, we believe in making things simple and stress-free. Whether you're preparing for a loan signing, need a document notarized, or require an apostille for international use, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often—so you can feel confident and prepared before we even arrive.
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This convenient service saves you time and ensures your documents are notarized properly.
A valid and unexpired government-issued photo ID is required. This includes a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
We proudly serve Volusia County and surrounding areas. Remote online services are available for clients across Florida and beyond.
You’ll need:
– A valid Photo ID: Each signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID).
– Unsigned Documents: Do not sign your documents in advance. The notary must witness all signatures during the appointment.
– All Required Signers Present: Make sure everyone who needs to sign is present, alert, and willing to sign.
– Complete Documents: All documents must be fully filled out, except for signature and notary sections. We cannot notarize blank or incomplete forms.
– Witnesses (if required): Some documents require one or more witnesses. Let us know in advance—we can provide witnesses for an additional fee if needed.
– Payment: Be prepared to pay the agreed service fee via cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp.
A loan signing agent is a notary public trained to handle and notarize loan documents, typically for real estate transactions such as home purchases, refinances, and HELOCs.
Most signings take about 45–60 minutes, depending on the type of loan and number of documents.
While I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, I am trained to present each document, highlight key areas for signatures, and answer general signing process questions.
An apostille is a certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in a foreign country. It’s often needed for international adoptions, dual citizenship, marriages abroad, or foreign business dealings.
Common documents include birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, power of attorney forms, and corporate documents.
Processing times vary by state and document type, but expedited options may be available. We’ll walk you through the timeline based on your specific needs.
Remote Online Notarization allows your documents to be notarized via a secure video call, no matter where you are, as long as you have a valid ID and internet connection.
Yes! Florida allows commissioned notaries to perform notarizations online for both in-state and out-of-state signers.
You’ll need:
– A valid ID
– A computer or mobile device with a camera
– Internet access
– Access to email to receive the notarized document
